Return & Refund Policy

To return an item that has been purchased through please follow the instructions below. If you wish to return an item that was not purchased through please contact the company it was purchased through. If you would like to make a warranty claim, please visit our warranty page.

Our Return Policy

If you would like to return a product, the following criteria must be met:

  • The product must have been purchased directly through
  • You must submit a return within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • The item must be in new/unused condition in the original packaging.

How to Make a Return

To request a replacement or refund, please fill out the return authorisation form. Please allow up to 5 business days for your RMA request to be authorized.

You will receive an email once your RMA has been authorized. This email will also contain your RMA # and further instructions on how to complete your return.

Once you Receive an RMA #

  • The RMA # must be printed on the outside of the box for us to process your return.
  • All Returns must be post-marked within 30 days of the issuance date of your RMA #.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost associated with returning the product, shipping charges are non-refundable

Once you have packaged your item and written the RMA # clearly on the outside of the box, please return your product to the address below within 30 days of the issuance of your RMA.
